He then displayed it in his show case alongside various other radial engines that he owned. To my knowledge, he never ran the engine. This one has the serial number 0038.

The paperwork states that the factory test ran each engine before dispatch. Some very minor paint loss on some of the rocker covers and the mounting feet - see photos for details.

I have not attempted to do anything with the engine. What you see is what you get. There are no additional parts included in the sale.
